Our Mission is to purchase a privately held company within the next 6 to 12 months. The ideal target will have annual EBITDA or SDE of $150,000 to $2,000,000 and be located in Texas, Colorado, or Nevada.
Blue Sierra Ventures (BSV) is an acquisition fund focused on purchasing great companies with an emphasis on ensuring business owners are treated fairly and leave the companies they have built with a sense of accomplishment.
Investment Criteria
We look for companies that are enduringly profitable, have strong reputations, recurring customers and revenue, a consistent history of profitability and moderate and sustainable revenue growth.
